Exercise

Exercises are meant to enhance a healthy body and to maintain fitness. People are thinking of exercise only when they want to get ride of some unwanted fat or something. Nobody is doing exercise before to avoid obesity. Childhood obesity is the worst part and it should be taken in to account. Children can play any sports that involve their physical body. Exercise not only means lifting some heavy balls, it also covers some sports. a proper exercise should be supported by a proper diet, Since it will not work, if people are not get balanced diet or eating more than usual. Exercise daily and be fit enough to get ride of fat.
