What to eat

Many people think that eating a couple of orange or bowl of vegetable will meet their health requirement. But it is not true. A normal person has to take 6 to 7 bowls of vegetables and fruits a day. Most of the Indians eat only a single bowl of vegetable or less than that. Vitamins are very much needed in order to maintain a good health. Taking chana, wheat and sprouts a day is good diet since it contains vitamin and minerals. But all people can’t eat same diet. It will depend upon one’s body condition. So take good diet and maintain good health.
