Pre-diabetic cure
Though Pre-diabetic is not high enough to detect the diabetes. The blood glucose level will be higher than the normal. Good lifestyle can prevent diabetes. Choosing a good diet is not an easy one but we have to select the balanced diet. Various researches say that good diet and exercise will prevent diabetes. Exercise will make our body cell receptive to insulin and reduce the risk of heart disorders. Walking 3-4 times a week at a particular increasing speed will burn our blood glucose and there by control diabetes. Walking itself is a good exercise for all and mainly for diabetes patients. Do exercise and get ride of diabetes.
