India tour of Srilanka is started from 26-jan-09 to 10-feb-09. In this tour contains five one day international matches and only one t20 match. The captain of the Indian team is Mahindra Singh Dhoni. The captain of the Srilankan team is Mahela Jayawardene. Last match India was played against England. The entire match against England was won. India is the 3rd rank in one day international rank. Last match Srilanka was played against Pakistan. Srilanka won by 270 runs against Pakistan. Muralitharan also take his 500th wicket in that match. Srilanka is the 5th rank in one day international rank. The new comers of the Indian team are Ravindra Jadeja, Praveen Kumar. So, this series is expected from both of the teams.
