Help yourself

If any one feels irritable or sad for more than a week, they should start writing a diary. Since the habit will calm down all the matters. Research suggests that around 80% of the fatigue is only because of some psychological problem. It happens only when the affected person was not appreciated by others for their good work. At that time they should think positively and they can appreciate their skills by themselves. Discussing one’s problem with others will relax your mind and body. If there is any office tension, then it can be discussed with the boss. Every one should help themselves in order to get ride f mental pressure.
