If it was Walt Disney who invented mouse in filmdom through Mickey Mouse, it was Douglas Engelbart who first designed a mouse for computer. It was in 1968 he designed and showed the working of the first mouse to the world. But it took nearly 15 years for the mouse to get used in common man's application. Today it has changed the entire view of computing and a computer without mouse is unimaginable. The first mouse invented is shown above.
